Observatory Village of Arts NPC (NPO) is working towards facilitating a process that brings the arts to the people by hosting innovative festivals to support the talents of local artists.

- Andile Siyo, an artist, performer and educator.
- Andrew Fife, Chairman of the Board, also owner of A Touch of Madness and Chair of Observatory Business Forum (OBF).
- Brian Amery, the organisation's Financial Manager and COO of the Observatory Improvement District (Obsid).
- Catherine Moss, active OBF member and Owner manager of art supply store Art Source.
- Edwin Angless, a documentary film maker and community activist, also a member of Obsid.
- Justin Ashley, director of Bridge People and Technology and Obsid's Chairman.
- Marc Turok, an architect and member of the Observatory Civic Association (OCA)
- Tauriq Jenkins, an actor and playwright.
- Trevor Hughes, owner of The Wild Fig Restaurant and Chairman of the OCA.
