Denim Lessons With Man Repeller
Who better than style chameleon Leandra Medine aka Man Repeller to give us a lesson on how to get the most out of denim?
Famous for a sense of personal style that changes with the weather, Medine is all about flouting the rules and making each piece her own. Read on to find out how she takes a pair of jeans and rocks them four different ways.
In her first look she uses her denim as a neutral, leaving a wild, furry statement knit to take centre stage.
LOOK TWO
Leandra's second look is an exercise in classics. A white shirt, stilettos and jeans is always chic. She brings the fash with pops of bold primary colour.
THE LESSON?
Denim is incredibly versatile; it works just as well as a neutral base as it does when it's holding its own alongside a classic shirt. Pair your jeans with a statement coat (try a pastel or textured one on for size this season), or work it with a crisp white shirt and heels.

Leandra opts a cropped, slightly flared jean in a classic blue wash.

Leandra rocks ripped boyfriend jeans two different ways.
LOOK 1
Leandra adds a dose of Sloaney chic to her ripped boyfriend jeans with nautical navy and a chic, knotted neck scarf. It's an exercise in cool, easy contrasts.
LOOK 2
Our favourite Man Repeller proves that double denim is never out of fashion. Again she relies on her navy double-breasted blazer to elevate the look, and finishes it with a gold 'arm party' and white pumps. Fashion week chic!
THE LESSON?
Denim can be dressed up or down, making it a flexible wardrobe essential. Contrast a pair of ripped BF jeans with crisp navy and natty accessories for a look that's part-rock, part-regal.

Personally I love her style no matter what she wears she makes it work for her, no need to super thin body to pull fashion off.
